WPC wall cladding installation guide

Notice before installation:

We recommended installation by the professional staff , before installing ,should clean walls, sure the wall dry, flat and clean.

The WPC board unavailable for other uses, such as: building support, building connecting frame, support, or other load-bearing components thereof.

Height not exceed 3 meters, can choose WPC joist,when the height H> 3 meters , the keel had better choose galvanized square tubes .

If not comply with the installation instructions and the content considerations which led to the construction, any failure ,our company will not bear.

Tools：

Drill is a tool that must be used during the installation process; when this material is fixed keel, first drill hole lead, and then screwed screws to fix, rather than directly nails. Supporting the use of fixed lines wallboard nail, fixing peg.

During the installation process, ordinary woodworking tools are needed. The construction process is preferable to use gloves.

During installation, we recommend using our stainless steel screws are equipped to fix. Number of screws by construction workers, as appropriate, may be, does not need too much screws, wall panels can be fixed.

Drainage and swell question:

Water absorption wood material is about 0.2 percent expansion rate of about 0.5%, so when you install this wall, between each plate, please leave the appropriate gap (3-4mm), as later material may produce thermal expansion and contraction purposes.

Installation steps:

step 1: Fixed the joist

Evenly arranged WPC joist, fixed on a flat wall. The recommended separation distance between each keel about 40 cm. Keel joints should be spaced 5MM, to prevent swelling. By not more than 40CM spacing on the wall by the expansion pipe. At positions corresponding to the expansion pipe, with the lead in the keel drill holes with a diameter should be slightly smaller than the diameter stainless steel screws, and then screws screwed into the pre-drilled holes on the keel is fixed to the wall. Construction nail head should all be screwed into the keel, not exposed to the outside of the keel, or else it may lead to an uneven wall board.

step 2: fixed the wall board

When WPC panels installed at the beginning of parts, should be built of stainless steel fasteners or wood fasteners, in order to facilitate the fixing of the first block, after the above figure: the first with a smaller diameter drill, the wood nailing section lead a small hole with the appropriate screws after the keel, and so on.

Step 3: Install package edge or corner seals

Installation with “L” shaped edge banding. Available stainless steel screws, can also be used copper shank nails <antirust> fixed. as the picture shows.

Note: When installing, please try to arrange more than two  construction workers. Because the material is brittle, lack toughness.
