About our WPC indoor flooring, there are four layers, from top to bottom are:
- Invisiblewear and UV resistant layer on the top,
- Printed layer.
- PVC substrate(Middle layer, Bottom layer)
- WPC layer( Poplar wood powder,high molecule plastic,addictives)
Why we are better?
Firstly,For the compound of bottom layer,some of suppliers use calcium plastic to reduce the cost,calcium plastic is is very easy to brittle fracture when heavy furniture put on it. Other supplier do not make the bottom layer(Please see attached photo below),of course this kind of flooring is very cheap,but it very easy to warp and twist,its life span is not as long as WPC’s.
Our WPC layer is made up of wood power(To increases tenacity,not easy to crack and twist),polyolefin resins and addictives.Its merits are as below:
- Absence of crack, twist, warping and deformation.
- 100% free of formaldehyde and heavy metal elements.
- Mildew, termite and mold resistant.
- Feel naturally like real wood and more durable

Secondly, For the density of bottom WPC layer, our density for WPC indoor flooring is 0.85g/cm3(can be up to 0.9g/cm3), some of suppliers just make the density to 0.5-0.6g/cm3, you know, lower density lower cost,but poor quality. And higher density, better moisture-proof performance.
