Tips before installing the floor

Before installing the floor, be sure to pay attention to below four points

1, Surface flatness check

2, Surface moisture check

Common ground standard < 20%, laying of geothermal floor standard <10%.If the moisture on the ground is too high, flooring will easily absorb water, causing the floor arching, drums, noises and other issues, so if the ground moisture exceeds the standard values. There is a need for dehumidification.

3,Check whether ground firm enough

See if the ground is solid, can be ground with a hammer or other object, check the ground for holes, peeling.If the floor has holes, or flaking, the ground needs to be reprocessed.Otherwise, after laying the floor for some time, because the ground is not solid, it will appear noise.

4,Waterproofing measure

If there is proper waterproofing measures.Because the floor afraid of the water intrusion, water influx after the floor will be blistering, degumming , deformation and other problems, resulting in unusable.
